Trades Invoice is built for independent contractors and small trade businesses. Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
All data you enter — customers, invoices, jobs, expenses, and photos — is stored exclusively in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service. This data is associated with your Apple ID and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The developer has no access to your data. It never passes through any server operated by the developer or any third party.
We do not collect, transmit, or store:
Business profile settings (business name, phone, payment methods, etc.) are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device except as part of standard iOS backup to your iCloud account.
Trades Invoice uses no third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or external APIs. The only network service used is Apple's CloudKit, which is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy.
The app allows you to attach photos to job entries. Photos are selected through Apple's system photo picker, which does not grant the app access to your photo library. Selected photos are stored in your iCloud account alongside your job records.
Trades Invoice is a business productivity tool not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of this page will reflect the change. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
